Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: July 2026
ShabzCo, LLC is committed to making Timestamp It usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology.
1. Conformance Target
Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
To be accurate about where we stand: we have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, and we do not currently publish a VPAT. We therefore describe our status as partially conformant — meaning parts of the product meet the standard but we have not verified every success criterion across every screen. We would rather state that plainly than claim a conformance level we have not tested.
If your organization requires a completed VPAT or an audited conformance report, contact us before purchase and we will tell you honestly what we can provide and on what timeline.
2. Measures We Take
- Platform accessibility APIs. The mobile app is built with standard iOS and Android UI components, so it inherits system-level support for VoiceOver, TalkBack, Dynamic Type, and system text sizing.
- Semantic markup on the web. Our website uses semantic HTML landmarks and headings, and interactive components are built on an accessible component library that supports keyboard navigation and focus management.
- Light and dark themes. Both themes are maintained, and the site respects the operating system's theme preference.
- Keyboard navigation. Website functionality is reachable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images carry alternative text.
3. Known Limitations
We are aware of the following areas where the experience may fall short of our target. Listing them is deliberate — a statement with no known limitations usually means no one has looked.
- Photo capture and stamp preview are inherently visual. Composing a stamp on a live camera preview is difficult to convey non-visually, and we have not yet built an equivalent non-visual workflow.
- Captured photo content cannot carry automatic text alternatives — alternative text for a user's own photo would have to be authored by the user.
- No formal audit has been performed, so undiscovered issues are likely.
- ⚠ NEEDS INPUT: add any specific known issues you are already aware of, or remove this line
4. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier in Timestamp It, please tell us. Reports from people who actually hit the problem are the most useful input we get.
Email: team@timestampitapp.com
Please include the screen or page, the assistive technology and version you were using, and what you expected to happen. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports ⚠ NEEDS INPUT: state a target, e.g. "within 5 business days" and will tell you what we intend to do about the issue.
5. Assessment Approach
This statement is based on our own internal review of the product. It was last reviewed in July 2026. We update it as we make improvements or learn about new issues.
